Testing

The shared test rig used across repos. Three kinds of resource, and the folder layout says which is which:

• Infrastructure — things you test against: the Clerk dev instance, the webhook relay, the deployed test stack (with how to get its logs).
• Test accounts — who you test as: personas, passwords, which stack each works against.
• Procedures — steps: cross-repo verification recipes (real-token HTTP testing, Clerk-event mirroring, cleanup, service probes, org-creation flow, API-key minting, driving flows against the deployed stack).

Boundary: verifying one subsystem's behavior lives in systems/<domain>/ — this section only holds resources shared across repos. Repo-local test commands live in each repo's docs/test.md.
