Plans & pricing
This page covers the plan ladder and choosing a plan in the onboarding wizard. Payment methods, invoices, renewals, and changing plans later are in Billing.

Each paid plan card in the portal lists that plan's quotas as bullet points, so the picker doubles as a side-by-side comparison.

Two behaviors to know:
- Starter blocks at its limits. The 11th link, the 1,001st click of the month — both fail until the count drops or you upgrade. The free plan is also single-seat: the owner occupies the one seat, so Starter orgs can't invite teammates.
- Paid plans keep serving clicks past the monthly limit and bill the overage when the subscription period ends: $0.06 / EGP 3.00 per click on Solo, $0.05 / EGP 2.50 on Growth, $0.04 / EGP 2.00 on Scale. Link, domain, seat, and template limits still block on every plan.
API access is the plan gate for both fixed keys — the server key for link management and the mobile SDK key your app initializes the SDK with. On Starter and Solo the API keys page shows locked cards; neither key exists until you upgrade to Growth.
Currency
Prices appear in EGP by default. Your billing currency also decides the checkout provider: EGP goes through Paymob, USD through Stripe. Currency details and payment methods are covered in Billing.
Picking a plan during setup
Setup step 3 shows four cards: Starter (badged Recommended, "No card required"), Solo, Growth, and Scale. Prices are loaded live; if the pricing service can't be reached, standard prices like the ones in the table above are shown instead.
- Starter completes setup immediately with no payment.
- Solo, Growth, or Scale redirect you to the provider's hosted checkout; setup finishes once your payment is confirmed. Details in Billing.
Enterprise doesn't appear in the picker. If you need it, contact support — see Support & contact.
Changing plans later
Upgrades, downgrades, cancellation, and resuming a cancelled plan are handled in the portal's billing area — see Billing.
